You must explain very detail about the relationship of you and your spouse when you apply Spouse of Japanese visa.
When you apply your Spouse of Japanese visa, Japanese spouse must fill the Questionnaire which is provided by Immigration.
Japanese spouse must explain about followings.
- When and where they met at first
- The process from first time to marriage
- Communication language among Japanese spouse and you
- Marriage and divorce experience
- Family situation of Japanese spouse and you
Japanese spouse must carefully prepare this document.
Also, Immigration request you to submit photos that can make easily understand your relationship and any communication history among Japanese spouse and you, like phone history, email history and recently SNS communication history.
There is no Privacy in this visa process.
I personally advice to submit any letter from the family. If possible, the letter is written by parents of both families. If the marriage is fake, no mother doesn’t want to write a letter to Immigration.
Most importantly, you must prove that your marriage is authentic.
