The visa of International marriage, Spouse of Japanese visa
I got a lot of question “How to get visa for foreign spouse?”.
Japanese wife got married with foreign husband or Japanese husband got married with foreign wife.
As for my office, former case is much more than latter case.
The spouse of Japanese need to get “Spouse of Japanese” visa to live in Japan.
And you need to formally get married in any country’s law with Japanese, for example Japanese law. You can not get the visa as a fiance.
So, you have to formally get married with Japanese before you apply your spouse visa.
In many case, marriage itself is very easy. Just submitting necessary documents at city hall, you can get married. But all person cannot get spouse visa.
Immigration will inspect the marriage is fake or not. There are a lot of fake marriage in Japan, and sometimes fake person is arrested by police.
You have to prove by your self that your marriage is real marriage not fake one.
